- PEGΛSVS Wallet: Digital wallet where your earnings are held pending service verification
2. Registration Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license for service category
- Vehicle meeting our safety standards
- Valid insurance coverage meeting local requirements
- Successful background verification
Registration Process
You must:

3. Pricing & Payment Structure
Core Pricing Formula
Total Trip Cost = Base Rate + (Distance × Per KM Rate) + Commission

Payment Hold Policy: All earnings are held in your PEGΛSVS Wallet and only disbursed after:
- Customer confirmation of service completion
- Quality assessment based on feedback
- Platform verification via GPS tracking
- Resolution of any disputes
4. Provider Obligations
Service Standards
- Maintain professional, courteous, and safe service
- Keep vehicle in roadworthy condition
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Adhere to platform guidelines and policies
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Service Availability
- You determine your own availability
- No minimum service guarantees
- Excessive request rejections may affect your rating
Quality Control
Your service quality is monitored through:
- User ratings and reviews
- GPS tracking and service monitoring
- Periodic quality assessments
Recurring quality issues may result in remedial training or suspension.
5. Termination
By Provider
- May terminate with written notice
- Must complete pending services
- Outstanding payments processed after verification
By Company
We may suspend or terminate for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Safety concerns
- Consistent low ratings
- Failure to maintain eligibility
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge you are an independent contractor, not an employee. You must maintain your own insurance and agree to indemnify PEGΛSVS from claims arising from your services.
